Yo-yos and yo-yos
What is a good yo-yo to start with?
If you are not yet familiar with yo-yoing, we recommend the MagicYoyo K1 yo-yo starter set . This set contains everything to master the first tricks of yo-yoing. If you want to view our entire range of starter yo-yos, you can use the filter.
Why won't my yo-yo rise?
This is probably because you have an unresponsive yo-yo. A so-called 'binding trick' must be done for this. If you want the yo-yo to come up automatically, we recommend a responsive yo-yo. You can filter for this on the shop page. Click the link to learn more about the difference between responsive and unresponsive yo-yos .
How fast will my order be delivered?
Orders before 23:30 will be packed today and handed over to the delivery services. Normally the order will be delivered the next day
What are the shipping costs?
You pay no shipping costs from 30 euros. For orders below that we ask a contribution of EUR 3.95.
Do I get a track and trace?
Your order will always receive a track and trace code. This will be sent by e-mail after the package has been registered with the delivery service.
Can I choose a delivery date myself?
After your order you will receive an email with the track and trace. Here you can change the delivery appointment to your own preference.
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel service point?
Yes, that's possible. After your order you will receive a track and trace which you can adjust to a service point.
How can I return (part of) my order?
After your order you received an e-mail from GoParcel. You can also find the return button in this email.

We currently do not have a physical store. However, there are occasional yo-yo meet-ups where you can test many types of yo-yos. Follow us to stay informed. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so feel free to test and return yo-yos.
